Fitting foam
Unicomponent fitting foam is intended to door and window frame fitting, hermetizing of the construction elements, cracks filling, thermal and acoustic insulation of the surfaces and pipes and to fill declines after pipes and cables. The foam is characterized by low thermal conductivity coefficient, high efficiency and wide temperatures spectrum accceptance.
Usage:
MAGBUD foam is a unicomponent hermetizing mass with perfect mechanical, thermo-insulational and glueing capabilities. It is perfect fot construction element's hermetization, door and windows fitting, filling cracks, cable channels and acoustic insulation of the division walls, etc.
Properties:
The hardening starts after 10 minutes and takes 1-4 hours, depending on surrounding temperature and humidity. Usage temperature should be from +5oC to +25oC. The best effect is achieved with 60% humidity and +20oC temperature. After hardening the foam is a elastic cell material. The efficiency of the foam is 50 dm3 from tha package in laboratory conditions.
Usage:
- Clean the surface of dust, powder, moistures and moisten with water if it's very dry.
- Fit the applicator on the valve.
- Shake the container repeatedly to intensively mix of containings.
- Turn the container valve-down.
- Point the nozzle outlet approx. 2 cm from the space to be filled with the foam.
- Press the applicator lever.
- Apply the foam uniformly, filling only 1/3 of the free space.
- After hardening, remove the surplus of the foam. If the work interruption is longer than 5 min the valve outlet and nozzle should be cleaned with acetone carefuly.
Storage:
The containers should be storaged in vertocal position in +5°C to +25°C temperature.
