Cement MB-KG

The MB-KG cement is a dry adhesive plaster, its main ingredient is construstion gypsum and modyfing suplements. MB-KG is intended to glueing plaster-cardboard panels and other gypsum elements to the plaster, concrete, ceramic and sand lime brick surface or to connect plaster prefabricates.

Appropriate surfaces:

Concrete, ceramic and sand lime brick, gypsum plasters.

Surface properties:

The surface should be dense, clean and free of dust, oils and remainings of painting coating Degraded and low bearing capacity layers should be removed (bruise off loose or flaking parts). Before application the surface should be moistened with water and primed MAGBUD SUPER G. Do not apply on wooden, metal or plastic surfaces.

Usage:

Pour the dry mix steadily into the water - 1 kg of cement per 0,5 l of water and leave to moisten for 3 - 5 minutes, next mix precisely with mechanical mixer untill the mass is homogenous and dense-plastic. Use the cement before densing, no longer than 30 minutes. Plaster-cardboard panels are fixed punctually on spots, spread every 50 cm both verticaly and horizontaly. The diameter size of a spot of cement should not extend 100 mm, and 3-3-mm of thickness.While fixing the panels to flat surfaces 3 mm cement layer can be used. Mixing the cement with other materials is unacceptable. Containers and tools should be cleaned and washed after usage.
