Primer G

GRUNT G is a concentrated, highly penetrative fluid, as one of the few in Poland it is based on small-particle acrylic resin.

Usage:

The concentrate is a ready-to-use, highly penetrative emulsion, applicable to all absorbtive and porous surfaces such as plaster panels, plaster-cardboard panels, gypsum, cement and cement lime plasters, concrete surfaces, aerated concrete, brick, etc. GRUNT G, thanks to its unique ablilty to deep penetration is highly recommended to old and disintegrating surfaces (ie. cement lime plasters) because it hardens them, lowers the absorbtion, the paint usage, dries the moisted walls and increases the adhesiveness of the tile glues. It is atmospheric conditios resistive. Does not contain toxic substances.

Surface properties:

GRUNT G concentrate is non-flammable, water-dilutive, dies not hydrolyze, is ecological, almost odourless, can be used for interiors and exteriors, after drying is completely transparent, regulates the absorbtion process of the surface because of high steam penetrability dissolves, resistive to high surface basicity ie.: concrete, asbestic tiles etc. The concentrate after drying is resistive to -20°C to +70°C.

Usage:

PRIMER G can be applied on dry surfaces, dust, wax, fat, oil and moistures free surfaces, unpenetrable by the painting coatings. The eulsion can be applied with a brush or a roller on a surface in temperatore between +5°C and +25°C. High absorpive or damaged surfaces are recommended to be primed twice (the second time with a diluted concentrate on still moisted surface). Dilute with water with 1:1 proportions. With lower absorption surfaces the concentrate should not be diluted. Primed surface is ready to further usage after 24 hours. In case of skin contact, wash with water.

Usage:

Emulsion usage is highly dependent on the surface absorption and is approx. 0,05 - 0,25 l/m².

Persistence:

GRUNT G concentrate should be stored in hermetic packages in +5°C to +25°C temperature (it should be protested from overfreezing and overheating).
Stored in these conditions it is usable by 12 months since production.
