Styropap
STYROPAP is intended to the broadly defined roof insulation:
- usable and non-usable
- flat and slightly sloping
- new, regenerated and as a undercoating layer under the concrete compounds.
Construction:
STYROPAP is produced by glueing of high quality styrofoam boards (standard - EPS 100) to the felt (on the glass fibre veil), P/100/1200 - 20, with the “cold” glue. The glue has a much better adhesiveness than typical adhesives. It should be emphasized that the felt and glue used are not aggressive for the styrofoam and they do not cause its degradation (decline). STYROPAP is produced in many versions, allowing to adjust the type to the specific application. Styropap glued with the felt on one side is delivered to theclients at request with or without double-sided overlappings. Width of the overlapping is 50mm. Version glued with the felt on both sides - STYROPAP is produced without overlappings. On request one of the sides may have the overlappings.
Advantages:
STYROPAP as an insulationg undercoat layer has numerous advantages, themost important are:
- reduced to one, the number of activities, needed to create an undercoat insulating layer
- saving up to 70% of work on the roof time
- ease of transportation and storage
Notice:
Standard STYROPAP is produced 50mm thick. For the client's request we can produce any thickness and density (EPS 75, EPS 100, EPS 200). We would like to accent that all components used for the STYROPAP production have an ITB atest, and the product, accordingly to SWW list does not require mandatory certification.
