Styroblach
STYROBLACH layer boards, persistent junction of the trapezoid plate with the styrofoam core, used in industrial buildings construction and small architectures.
Properties and fitting guide:
STYROBLACH is produced by the glueing of the trapezoid plate with high quality styrofoam board (basic is EPS 100). The steel trapezoid plate may be zonc coated or zinc coated and covered with three layes of lacquer. In basic version, the board is glued with the trapezoid plate on one side.
Depending on the client's wish the other side may be finished with:
- trapezoid plate
- flat plate
- hard beaverboard (lacquered or not)
- wood board
- plaster-cardboard panel
Usage:
- small object's building ie.: garages, sheds, merchant pavilions
- steel construction finishing ie.: industrial halls, hangars
- division walls' building, divisions, cold rooms
- Traditional built buildings insulation.

Technical data:
- Plate - trapezoid (T 8 - elevation), thickness - 0,50mm, zinc coated or zinc coated and polyester foiled.
- It is possible to produce the panels with trapeziod plate T 12, T 16, T 18, T 20, T 35.
- Core - styrofoam EPS 100 (possible EPS 75, EPS 200).
- Core thickness - any dimension up to 10 000 mm.
- Effective width of the board - 1166 mm (with T 8 plate).
- Total width of the board - 1200 mm (with T 8 plate).
- Length - to 6mb (for T 8 plate), to 12mb (for T 20 i T 35 plate).
