Styrogips
Layer boards STYROGIPS are used to quick construction of the division walls and both thermal and acoustic insulation of the of the interiors.
Properties and fitting guide:
STYROGIPS layer boards are built from the styrofoam core, veneerd double sided with the plaster-cardboard panel (standard panel or water-proof). The division walls are built, using typical, dry buildings construction with the plaster-cardboard panels. In case of the STYROGIPS boards, as the internal heat insulation, usage the boards are mechanically fitted on the frame construction mounted to the wall, or by glueing them to the wall directly, using MB-1 or MB-KG glue. It is recommended to initially prime the surface with GRUNTEM G.
Characteristics:
HEAT CONDUCTIVITY COEFFICIENT: STYROGIPS layer boards are produced on the EPS 70 (=0,037W/mk) styrofoam boards basis.
WATER ABSORPTION: STYROGIPS layer boards are naturally hydrofobic.
SELF-EXPIRING ABILITY: STYROGIPS layer boards, as the others are compliant with the PN-B:20130/99 norm. they have a self-expiry ability, which means they expire after the fire source isolation.
Dimensions:
- FORMAT: 1200x2500mm, 1200x2600mm,1200x3000mm
THICKNESS:
- Plaster-cardboard panel: 12,5mm
- Styrofoam boards: from 20 to 200mm

Advantages:
The most important advantages of the STYROGIPS layer boards are:
- saving of time while insulating and biulding new divisions
- ease of fitting
- compatibility with existing systems
