EPS-100 - 038 ROOF/FLOOR
Applicable (according to PN-B-20132) to the thermal insulation of:
- walls under the ground level (including foundations) with anti-water insulation
- highly loaded floors under the flooring undercoating
- highly loaded floors, on the ground with the flooring undercoating
- on the supporting construction (roof) under the tile cover and as a constructive filling of the road and rail banks, bridge abutements and other engineering constructions
- as a layer, insulating from freezing in road constructions
Technical characteristisc:
- The boards are produced according to PN-EN 13163:2004 norm.
- Denotation code:
EPS EN 13163-T1-L1-W1-S1-P3-BS150-CS(10)100-DS(N)5-DS(70,-)2 DLT(1)5 - Flammability: EUROCLASS “E”
- Some properties (Based on the ITB Warsaw research):
squeezing tension at 10% relative deformation - 253,6 kPa (value as for CS(10)250) - bending resistibility - wytrzymałość na zginanie - 237 kPa (value as for BS 200)
- heat conductivity coefficient - 0,038 W/mK
- thickness: 10 - 500 mm, co 10 mm
- dimensions: 1000 x 500 mm (standard); 1200 x 500 mm; 1200 x 1000 mm
- milling: for the client's request we can deliver the milled styrofoam in the overlap fashion.
